He chairs the Investment Committee and is responsible for overall portfolio strategy, fund governance, and senior investor relationships at Hyle Capital Partners.

Partner, SME & Growth Equity
Claudia specialises in identifying and structuring growth capital and buyout transactions in the European SME segment, with a particular focus on business services and specialised manufacturing. She has originated and executed more than fifteen transactions across her career and leads the firm's SME investment practice.
Romain Duchêne
Partner, Fund Structuring & Investor Relations
Romain oversees fund architecture, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing management of Hyle Capital Partners' relationships with limited partners across Europe. He has extensive experience in alternative fund regulation under AIFMD and brings a rigorous approach to fund governance and LP reporting.

Sofia works directly with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvement, strategic planning, and value creation initiatives across the holding period. Her background spans management consulting and corporate restructuring, giving her a practical toolkit for accelerating performance in complex business environments.

Marco leads financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution across Hyle Capital Partners' investment pipeline. He joined the firm from a leading European investment bank, where he advised on leveraged finance and M&A transactions in the mid-market space.
